Paula developed her strong work ethic and passion for exceptional food while working for more than 15 years at our community’s beloved Cristina’s. There, she became known for her dedication, warmth, and commitment to quality in every dish she prepared.
Today, Paula brings that same experience, creativity, and love of hospitality to her catering clients and now to Catalina’s Bistro & To-Go Counter — serving thoughtfully prepared breakfast, lunch, pastries, and fresh take-away offerings made with care and love.

I've visited twice and I love the place. Breakfast all day with lots of great options. I must also say the coffee is delicious. The sandwich and salad offering is plenty and the sandos are quite favorable. The vibe is cool and friendly and the service is offered with care.
